Air Terminal Hotel

Perfect location — the hotel is directly inside New Chitose Airport’s Domestic Terminal, which made our last night in Hokkaido so convenient. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our luggage. We loved being able to walk straight to the airport shops, restaurants and souvenir stores without needing any transportation. The free access to the airport onsen was also a great bonus. Staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. Highly recommended if you have an early flight or want a hassle-free stay at New Chitose Airport. We would definitely stay here again!

Entrance of hotel near to Domestic Departure. Just ask service staff at airport for directions. I find the price of accomodation but well the location is really good. The room is compact and I have a good night sleep. The Japanese breakfast is good if your expectation is not high. Free entry to onsen at level 4.

Location in the air side airport very good for morning flights, room quiet big space compared with the normal in Japan.

The main advantage of this hotel is its unbeatable location directly inside New Chitose Airport. It’s extremely convenient for early morning flights or late arrivals.The room is functional, clean, and larger than expected for an airport hotel, though the decor feels a bit dated. Noise insulation is decent despite being right at the terminal. Free access to the airport hot spring (onsen) is a nice bonus.On the downside, the breakfast selection is fairly basic, and the prices can be on the higher side simply due to the location. Overall, an average, practical choice if location is your main priority, but nothing particularly memorable otherwise.

It is incredibly convenient because it is directly connected to the domestic terminal, making it so easy to roll out of bed and catch a flight back to Haneda. The absolute biggest highlight is the very good onsen. Hotel guests get free access to the airport's hot spring, and there is nothing better than soaking in it to wash away all your travel fatigue before getting on a plane. My biggest tip: please go early to enjoy everything the airport has to offer! It feels more like a theme park than an airport. There is endless shopping and entertainment right outside your door:Pop Culture Magic: You can't miss the Pokémon Centre, Hatsune Miku, Hello Kitty, and hunting for Gundam merchandise. Food & Sweets: The ramen options are fantastic, and you absolutely must stop by Royce' Chocolate World! It was very fun indeed! I highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free and incredibly entertaining airport stay. p.s please go early to do shopping and all the enjoyment here.
