There is no better place in Chittagong than here. Others are old... The lobby here is quite large, so it feels like a large 4-star hotel overall. It was good. The bed is also large, so if you sleep alone, there are plenty of seats left. I also liked that there were two sofas in the room.

Booked for a business trip to Chittagong. It is one of the best hotels in the area. The location is ok, the travel is convenient, the rooms are large, the facilities are good, the health is good, and the price is high

The drinking cup was not clean and stained completely, and the bathroom exhaust fan was broken. The overall room space is narrow. Check-in at the front desk was not skilled enough and the speed was too slow. But the night view of the rooftop is good and the breakfast is quite satisfactory.

The Internet is basically satisfactory, the service is very professional, and the location is relatively central, but Ctrip's description is wrong. The hotel is 18 kilometers away from the airport instead of 9 kilometers as described by the hotel. The owner is a local and very enthusiastic. The security downstairs is well done, and the 24-hour security guards are on duty downstairs. Hotels like Chittagong are already very good. There are no construction sites around, sleep is very quiet, very suitable for business travel

I, my spouse and daughters really liked the hotel. It has a nice environment, a great coffee shop (Rio Coffee), very cordial staff, good security, good COVID-19 protocol maintenance, and a good front desk. We got rooms in suits where three rooms and common living space is available. Staff have a great attitude and are always proactive to assist or give support. It's really appreciable. The location of the hotel is at the center of the city and a semi-luxury area. However, all types of restaurants (luxurious to moderate) are available within walking distance. A large pharmacy is within two minutes of walk. The hotel is at the entrance of a residential area and it has given the advantage of a quieter environment within a busy part of the city. Breakfast is served on the rooftop. You can enjoy a good view of part of the city if there is no rain. The breakfast is good except with some variety except the juice items. I have felt that they need to change the juice products and can give fresh juices. It's good for a family stay. I will try to stay there again if I go to Chittagong city.
