The arrival experience is the highlight. The hotel looks tired and rooms, corridors are not clean. The bed linen and towels are fresh but all the surfaces are dusty. There are cobwebs everywhere. The staff at the restaurant are attentive and willing to help. Tried the breakfast and dinner buffet it can get better. The view from the rooms are nice but the windows have been been cleaned. Nice property but not maintained at all.

Excellent location,beautiful hotel,rooms heritage and well maintained,food quality was excellent and quantity was good,The receptionist Jayraj was very helpful Restaurant Babu and Kailas were very professional,promt and helpful The lake was dry and tap water for bathing was very dirty brown black.Seems the tanks were not cleaned for ***y months which is very risky Overall 4/5 points

Excellent, Relax and Rejuvenating experience. Beautiful location surrounded by lake and Aravali mountains. Supportive staff and very nice service. Had visited on regular day and got lucky with service. Also the food was very tasty. I wish they maintain their service and hospitality

It's the perfect gateway for relaxing and enjoying quality time with your closed ones. The place gives off a very peaceful vibe and is a must visit for those who love nature. The location is near to some of the tourist visit places so you can navigate easily

Amazing stay, staff v. Polite, food amazing. Chef V. Good. ***ager V. Nice. Sroudings green.BF simple and good. Indoor games. Rooms very spacious. Linnen is also v. Clean. Only one thing I want to suggest there should place for drivers to stay.

Very nice place to visit in a group. Beautiful place and maintained hotel. Good staff. Great food. Taste is really good. Special thanks to Amit ji Hotel ***ager and Chef Sunil ji. They both tried their best to serve our group and never said no for anything.

Only restaurant is good,not a good place to visit,room quality is average and over priced, swimming pool is not upto the mark ,staff is good,pool table cloth is worn-out,no game activity, few areas are smelly, mices running around, no tv recharged
