Hotel Bischofhof - Bistro Jasmin

Abbiamo soggiornato con mia moglie per una settimana in mezza pensione. Hotel in posizione ottima per centro di Chiusa e comodo per spostamenti Alto Adige o Val Gardena, vista molto suggestiva su convento di Sabiona. L'hotel è molto pulito sia nelle camere che nelle zone comuni , giardino piscina e idromassaggio, e molto curato in ogni particolare anche grazie all'attenzione della signora Marlis. .Colazione molto fornita per tutti i gusti con anche prodotti fatti in casa (ottimi). Cene molto ricercate e preparate con professionalità dallo chef Martin, che ci ha permesso di assaporare cibi ed abbinamenti a volte per noi inusuali, trasmettendoci il loro concetto di sostenibilità. Personale sempre gentile e sorridente. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e torneremo sicuramente. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

With my family, two adults and two boys, we stayed in this splendid hotel for 5 days. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the center, which can be reached with a walk along the river. The exterior is very well-kept with lots of greenery, a hydromassage and a beautiful swimming pool. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast plentiful and delicious with various local products. Surroundings quiet, we rested very well, unlike other reviews I can say that the proximity of the railway does not cause any discomfort. Very kind Mrs. Marlis who gave us excellent advice on itineraries and places to visit. Strongly recommended!

We rarely do reviews but this time we couldn't help it, because it's so heartfelt! First time for us in South Tyrol and we knew that we would see beautiful places but at the same time we were all warned of the "coldness" of the South Tyrolean welcome! Who knows where they have been... because to us it seemed the opposite: in this week at the Hotel Bischofhof we felt really pampered! Beautiful hotel, in a strategic position (from Chiusa you can reach most of the top locations in South Tyrol in half an hour), everything is perfectly taken care of, from the cleanliness of the rooms, to the garden with swimming pool, to the rich and assorted breakfast. The owner is also extraordinary: attentive to every need, she is available for everything! And then for us who chose the half board service, the pampering was extreme! At Jasmin Bistrot you eat divinely: a refined cuisine, always new, with non-trivial and always surprising combinations, from the entree, to the main courses to the desserts, all sublime. It starts from the Italian gastronomic tradition and then the chef ranges, having fun surprising customers. The wine list is also excellent. In short ... for us the Bischofhof hotel is definitely ten and ... two stars!

Wederom heerlijk genoten van een 5 daags verblijf in dit prima hotel. Bijzonder vriendelijke eigenaren, prima ontbijt, uitstekende kamers en een lekker zwembad. De jacuzzi buiten was dit jaar nieuw. Heerlijk bubbelen met een prachtig uitzicht op het klooster boven op de berg. De diners (vooraf boeken) met de bijpassende wijnen waren weer grandioos.

Not very large family-run hotel located near the historic center of Chiusa (5 minutes on foot) and the train station (5 minutes on foot) in a quiet position; the owners are very friendly and attentive. Quite spacious and clean room with carpet on the first floor overlooking the well-kept garden where the swimming pool (not very large) and the hydromassage tub (5 seats) are located. No air conditioning but not if he felt the need despite it being hot July 2022 and a large shower in the bathroom. Free bathrobe/towel set stored in the wardrobe. The water that flows from the tap is drinkable and tastes good. Excellent breakfast with sweet and savory products. Homemade jams and honey, fresh seasonal fruit (fantastic raspberries and blackberries) The hotel on the ground floor has a well-stocked bar for customers. In summary, a highly recommended hotel.

We have been coming here for years to enjoy the special hospitality and the amazing cooking skills of the former 2 star chef since this year. After having kept the 2 Michelin stars in the air for so many years, it was decided to use a different concept. Restaurant Jasmin becomes Bistro Jasmin. No more Michelin sign on the wall, that's gone. But what has certainly remained is the quality & level of the cooking skills of the maestro. And this one was and still is sublime! Genuss Special für 5 Nächte gives you the absolute guarantee of 5 fantastic dinners. With all different dishes and nice matching wines. It is a true culinary feast every evening. In a great ambiance, with stylish crockery and cutlery and in an extremely friendly a**osphere. As far as we are concerned, the new concept has been very successful. The beautiful rooms are still there and the swimming pool outside looks inviting. See you next time!!!

Perfectly run, family-run 3-star hotel for a stopover in transit, super friendly staff, free parking, very good breakfast, great refreshing pool and pretty, well-kept garden, the cute old town is a short walk away, it's also dog-friendly here, the Boss is a grenade... and the boss's food is awesome, always a pleasure

Accueil excellent , personnel aux petits soins , chambre très propre avec une vue extraordinaire sur les montagnes ,la basilique et le couvent des sœurs bénédictines . Petit déjeuner top ! Et avec le dîner … on atteint la perfection . Cuisine très raffinée , de très grande qualité . Allez y les yeux fermés et laissez vous transporter !
