The second year that I come to this splendid hotel equipped with a SPA, a very complete hotel as it has an indoor thermal-type swimming pool and an outdoor one equipped with free umbrellas and sunbeds for guests. Hotel dotato di piscina interna riscaldata ,punto di forza . Però gli interni da ristrutturare (tavoletta bagno lesionata e altri elementi da sistemare x un 4 stelle ) - la Spa utilizzabile solo infrasettimanale durante il weekend diventa un mercatino gente che parla ad alta voce , risponde tranquillamente a telefono anche in sala relax senza alcun intervento del personale ,venerdì non abbiamo usufruito della Spa per superaffollamento. Punti di forza oltre alla piscina calda , le massaggiatrici , i camerieri del ristorante e la reception, Colazione non eccellente .

Albergo 4 stelle, bella location esterna, ma avrebbe bisogno di lasciare gli anni 90 e rimodernarsi ai tempi odierni, una ristrutturata non gli farebbe male. Camera grande, luminosa, considerando che era una suite, anche 2 bagni, ma ripeto, una bella ristrutturata valorizzebbe di molto il tutto. Pacchetto acquistato you e me, che comprendeva spa, massaggio di coppia e una cena a lume di candela romantica, quest'ultima non pervenuta, anche perché la sala ristorante, come tutta la struttura andrebbe rimodernata, sembrava più una mensa che una sala ristorante, con uno voto 4,5 per la cucina, molto buona, non ho dato 5 su 5 solo perché ci è stata servita un'insalata di mare a mio avviso, preconfeziona, ma tutto il resto merita tanto, un plauso allo chef. Personale alla reception, forse, andrebbe più sensibilizzato a coccolare i clienti, ho fatto notare la presenza di un insetto in camera, la risposta ricevuta non è stata molto cortese, o meglio bastava scusarsi e rispondere che si sarebbe provveduto a risolvere, anziché trovare scuse che si era circondati dalla natura, anche perché ero al 5 piano, per quanto riguarda il personale di sala, forse erano pochi per gestire tutti i clienti. Esperienza che non ripeterei.

Hotel pulito, ordinato, letto matrimoniale molto ampio, servizi igienici ben tenuti e efficienti, personale gentile, ottime le prime colazioni. ; manca solo un po' di "atmosfera" ma è normale trattandosi di una grande struttura ricettiva.

Ottima colazione, bella la spa, buona la camera... Già stati anni passati, il tempo ha peggiorato il servizio e diversi accorgimenti. La delusione... abbiamo chiesto pagando un extra la vasca idro in camera da usare la sera, ma tale vasca era talmente sporca, datato, diciamo che erano settimane se non più che non veniva pulita come si deve,... abbiamo rinunciato a usarla. Segnalato in reception, non hanno battuto ciglio, fatto pagare camera con supplemento e arrivederci.

Comodo il garage ,ma andrebbe segnalato meglio. L'hotel si presenta bene ,bella la holl e il bar . La camera "classic " si presenta molto bene,spaziosa, letto king comodissimo e cuscini i
memory top ,tv 50 pollici e aria condizionata buona, di contro c'è il bagno un po' vecchio con la doccia da cambiare ,però buoni gli asciugamani,un po' troppa polvere in tutta la camera e il telecomando era veramente troppo sporco. La colazione buona ,molta varietà di dolci e salati.buono il cappuccino. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno ho puntualizzato solo per la struttura che con poco farebbe la differenza.
