Moeilijk te bereiken parkeerplaats op binnenkoer. Gemanoeuvreer door permanente en vakantieverblijvers die er parkeren. De gîte heeft gemeenschappelijke inkom met een op jaarbasis verhuurd appartement. De huurders passeren te pas en te onpas langs de gemeenschappelijke gang en over het terras. Toestand kamers is ondermaats. Keukengerei is bijeengeraapte overschot van een rommelmarkt. De afvoer van de keuken loopt via de douche weg. Dus etensresten komen in de douche uit de afloop. De douche is versleten. WC-bril hangt scheef. Kortom de badkamer is helemaal versleten. Triestig.
