Excelente lugar. Una gran sorpresa. Super recomendable. El cenote es espectacular , la comida tradicional muy rica y los postres no se diga. El todas las demás atracciones igual. Al mismo nivel. Todo excelente Con mucho gusto volveremos pronto

This review is only for the cenote and other attractions on the grounds. The entrace fee was 420 pesos for the entire remainder of the day. The single natural cenote was very small with steep stairs and a low clearance throughout. It was one of the smaller cenotes I've been to and very crowded w kids. The pictures do not represenr the tiny pool. Very impractical for the price. The chlorine pool was as pictured but was a little littered w debris. The heart pool is just for photo ops and the river is really just a super short kuds attraction. The hammocks were nice to feel some peace but again the price is gouging. The staff was generally friendly and they gave a small beverage during the orientation.

We had the most wonderful visit here for our anniversary. The staff is amazing. Special shout out to Jorge and Naomi who checked us in, Oswaldo who was our waiter and story teller. And all the other staff, tour staff, wait staff, the cook who made the tortillas, the grounds keepers, etc etc. they made this the most magical experience. If you have a chance, I highly recommend this hotel. Our dinner was 5 stars. Our room was 5 stars. Our cenote expertise was 5 stars. I can’t say enough.

El cenote espectacular!! Tuvimos el privilegio de disfrutarlo solo para nosotros. Y por cuestiones de tiempo no fuimos al cenote artificial ni la piscina. Una experiencia única! El restaurante delicioso! Las empanaditas y el guacamole muy recomendadas. Muchísimas gracias a Jeni quien nos entendió muy bien!
