The place is amazing. We had a room with a view to the garden. The bed is super comfortable. And the entire place from the termales to the walking areas are breathtaking. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great people. The customer service is outstanding. Fun place to visit. Very clean, organized. The Spa absolutely fantastic. Each one of us got a massage every day. We visited because our daughter had been there with her family in June. Looking forward to visiting again during future visits to Colombia

We came here as a family with a group of friends. Our room was comfortable and had the most beautiful view of the garden. The pool was amazing. We highly recommend the visit here, it's truly an experience you will not forget. It has the most breathtaking scenery and waterfall. A beautiful place to come and relax.

Realmente me sorprendió, las fotos no le hacen justicia, es precioso, en medio de las montañas, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y todo estaba impecable! Totalmente recomendable y seguro volvería!

Maravillosa experiencia. Estaba algo prevenida por algunos comentarios negativos, pero mi experiencia fue totalmente positiva, la comida me pareció abundante y deliciosa, acorde al precio. Nos alojamos en la cabaña Tororoi y estuvo cómoda y bonita. Disfrutamos los termales, piscinas limpias y con pocas personas. Seguramente habrán días de más afluencia de público. Si quieres tranquilidad busca temporada baja. Recomendado el spa.

Nuestra instancia fue muy satisfactoria. La comida, las habitaciones, las piscinas naturales (que limpian en su mayoría todos los días) y la vista es muy hermosa. Sin duda, volveremos, además hay perritos y gatitos adoptados.
