It's close to the station, and the staff at the reception was kind and nice.
There was bread and water (500ml PET bottle) near the reception desk, and you could have it without any restrictions.
There are plenty of amenities, including cleansing, so even women can stay comfortably.
I felt old in some places, so if you don't mind, I think you'll be satisfied.

隣の声が聞こえて気になりました
お風呂はバスタブが大きくてユッタリ入れて良かったです。ロビーに入浴剤などのサービスが良かった。アメニティなども豊富で持参するものはいらないので便利でした。
ローソンも近く駅までも近く立地が良かったです。

標準装備があるものの、無料オプション的に好みの枕やシャンプー類や入浴剤、朝食用のパンやミネラルウォータまであります

Right next to Chofu station. Markets and shops are nearby. Staffs were extremely friendly. You can choose the shampoos that you want, too. Very clean room service (if you don't want the room cleaned, they leave a basket in front of your room containing new towels and gowns).
