Guests (groups?) on the same floor were making noise in the hallways and rooms until around 1:30 a.m., and I couldn't sleep due to the noise. I was uncomfortable because I couldn't sleep because I was using it to prepare for an exam the next day. The noises, the sounds of doors knocking and opening and closing, it was just so loud. It's not the hotel's problem, but the customer base was bad and it was the worst. This is the first time I've been to a hotel that was so noisy. Is it a structural problem?
