Me tocó una habitación donde la puerta no podia ni abrirse bien, toda la noche se escuchaba el ruido de la recepción. Pase una noche terrible, a pesar de su buena ubicación que tiene el hotel creo no regresaría por esta mala experiencia.

The wifi is almost useless. I asked multiple times, There are plenty of hotspots, but no r of them work. The bed is super hard and lumpy. We had to leave the water running for 10 minutes to get hot water. Almost couldn't take a shower. When we got ready in the morning, after walking around the room for a few minutes, my feet were almost black from walking on the floor. When I wiped them off with a wet towel, it turned the towel black. It was very noisy from a loud bar on the roof and another across the street.
This was a horrible experience. We were supposed to be there 2 days, we left after just 1 day and found another hotel. Never again!!

AL LLEGAR me indicaron que sólo reciben pagos en efectivo, lo cual deben manifestarlo antes o cuando haces tu reserva, pero la persona fue muy amable, posteriormente la habitación asignada le falta mantenimiento a la puerta ya que no podía abrir correctamente y fue muy complicado acceder

El hotel se encuentra muy cerca de la zona arqueológica de Cholula y del centro, muy cómoda la habitación, sin ruido exterior y el personal muy amable, lo recomiendo mucho para una experiencia de viaje super agradable
