We came to see a concert. The hotel was very comfortable, though the room wasn't very big! The front desk staff was very welcoming. We arrived at the hotel a little after 1 a.m. and ordered takeout, which they said would be delivered to our room. The waiter wasn't very friendly, saying they could deliver to our room. Also, the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. When we were leaving, we found a lipstick in the hairdryer case in the doorway cabinet. The cleaning lady hadn't even noticed! Overall, it was very comfortable. The shower gel smelled great, and they also gave us a face mask and a bottle of facial serum!
