My friends and I booked this hotel on the spur of the moment for our trip. We arrived and left in a rush, but the hotel turned out to be surprisingly good. Firstly, the service was excellent. We arrived at 4 AM due to a flight delay, and the front desk staff was very friendly and processed our check-in quickly. There are several shopping malls conveniently located downstairs, making it super easy to shop, dine, and buy whatever you need. Food delivery was also a breeze, coming straight to the hotel. Inside, the hotel's ambiance perfectly matched the photos – it was clean and had a very stylish design. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I'd definitely recommend it to friends for future stays.

Beautiful facilities with impeccable service made my peaceful first trip to Chongqing, China. Every staff member was ready to take care of guests throughout the stay. I really look forward to returning to Chongqing and meeting you all soon! I even got my hair cut at a nearby Chinese hair salon with help from TingTing, a staff member. Moreover, I could enjoy a variety of local Chinese foods without venturing out, thanks to the hotel’s robot delivery service. All I had to do was open the door and pick up the food from the robot. The hotel also offers breakfast every morning from 7:00 to 10:00, featuring Chongqing local cuisine and fruits. Chongqing noodles quickly became one of my favorites. Best two points: sanitation and location All equipment and services at the hotel matched what was advertised. You can reach the train station, YH market, restaurants, banks, and CVS on foot in just a few minutes. During my stay, I genuinely felt the staff cared about me. I sincerely appreciate that! (You’ve raised my expectations for this hotel chain’s other locations as well.)

It is next to 3 different shopping malls with many restaurants. This hotel is in a high rise building mixed with residential and hotels, occupied the 28&29th floor. Checkin is on the 28th floor immediate outside the elevator. Breakfast, afternoon tea and light lunch all are very good. Laundry room is on the 29th floor. Subway station is within 5 minutes walk from the building, line 10 will pass the airport; both line 10 or line 5 connect to other lines to major sightseeings. There is a park with waterfall that’s within 10 minutes walk.
