The front desk staff were excellent – friendly, professional, and highly efficient. The room was spotless and very well-equipped with all the amenities you could need, whether you're traveling solo or with family. The washing machine even has a drying function! Overall, my stay was fantastic. The only minor downside was that the floor wasn't perfectly clean; there were some noticeable water marks that made it look a bit dirty.

This hotel is super nice, very clean, and has everything you could need – a fridge, a dryer, disposable face and dish towels, and even umbrellas to borrow on rainy days. This is an apartment hotel, ideally located for dining, shopping, and getting around, right next to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. You can walk to attractions like Shibati, Shancheng Alley, and Hongyadong in about 10-20 minutes.
Housekeeping cleans daily, the bedding is spotless, and they provide disposable bath towels and toilet seat covers. The complimentary laundry detergent was a nice touch!
The smart amenities and furniture are quite new. The washing machine is a washer-dryer combo, which was super convenient for us staying for an extended period!
What I liked most was the excellent staff attitude. The ladies at the front desk responded instantly on WeChat and were very proactive and enthusiastic in helping us resolve any issues. I was a bit concerned initially, but after checking in, I had such a good experience that I extended my stay for a total of eleven days! I rarely give perfect scores, but the service at this hotel truly surpassed many 3-star and even some 4-star hotels!
