Response from Property: Hello, your comments are your rights, but don't take advantage of others and act cute, that's annoying. The room booked is on the 5th floor. Check-in requires an extra bed, and the platform has detailed information on whether an extra bed can be added and how to charge. It was clearly told that the guest's booked room cannot have an extra bed, and if an extra bed is added, the room needs to be changed. It was moved to the 18th floor and only 100 yuan was charged for an extra bed (the extra bed charge is 80 yuan per night and the extra bed is a normal bed of 1.8 meters wide, and it was booked for 4 nights during the May Day holiday). Then we have standard sound insulation for residential buildings. The upstairs guests were noisy, which was indeed beyond the normal range, and we stopped them in time. The check-in time is 2 pm, and you checked in early at more than 12 o'clock. Noon is the peak check-out time, and the elevator needs to wait a little longer. Sorry. The most unbearable thing is that the platform clearly stated that the airport pick-up and drop-off are charged. You asked us to contact the car to send you to the airport.
