Had a great time at Iseya. The room was exceptionally clean for its size and so well equipped . Not forgetting Guo Guo’s exceptional hospitality! Definitely worth a stay if you’re in CKG.

酒店的位置非常便利，樓下就是解放碑，步行幾分鐘就能到了，房間的設施很新，也非常好用，戴森吹風機，極米投影儀，還有藍牙音箱，前台的下午茶區域和暴風雨水療也都很有特色，管家可樂的服務很熱情，很不錯，衞生打掃得特別乾淨，保潔阿姨也很認知仔細

The hotel is not that big with only a high tea place, stormy spa and receptionist in the 58th floor. However, each room having a really spacious bathtub that can fit for 4 persons. Each room also having a butler for any special assistance needed. Couldnt really remember her name but i guess its Orange as she always put an orange emoji when texting me via wechat. I dont have any problem to communicate in English with the butler.
The breakfast will be served in the room as they dont have their own restaurant with an options of Western or Chinese food.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Really great experience here in ISEYA, kk helped us with a really late check in at 3am. Views was as amazing, service was top notch. Xin yuan helped us w late check out as well, both were really sweet and attentive to all our needs.

Luo Bo and Moon is very friendly and helpful customer service. Whatever you need they able to arrange well and all explained everything during check in. Me and my husband really enjoy the stays. The location wise also very convenient and a lot of foods and mall to shop. I hope we can come back again.

Top notch service. Happy with the prompt service provided by front desk Fanfan and butler Radish. The room is nice with good amenities included, with good view (be sure to request which direction you want in notes during reservation).

The hotel is quite good overall the service from the staff was great.
My butler 'Moon' was amazing, she helped me with a lot of questions about things I needed in Chongqing and helped me secure a private storm spa session. She communicated clearly and effectively via WeChat and helped me order drinks when my QR code would not work.
The storm spa was somewhat underwhelming, its a 30 minute session, however the pre recorded video goes 7 minutes which just continues to repeat for the entire 30 minutes.
It is located on the 58th floor in a building with other general services and to get to your room you need to take another elevator to the 59th floor.
