I think the photos are a bit deceiving tbh! The rooms look updated and minimal which I assume attracts us all to the hotel.. but it’s not maintained or in clean condition aka look at the photos.
The bedding and towels were clean and room service came daily but the shower and bathroom smelt so bad idk if it’s the draining or what, so it just made the place feel unclean… also the WiFi is SOooooooo bad!!!
For future guests, do not stay in the side facing raffle city shopping mall because it’s very loud!!

Hotel is in front of the Raffle City and there is Lawson and some other malls nearby. Metro is also within walking distance. Simply magnificent.

The room was really large and well-stocked with all the basic amenities - combs, hair ties, dental kits, and water bottles. The hotel is also at a really good location right across Raffles City and right on top of a Lawson convenience store. It’s also beside a metro station and walking distance to Chongqing’s Luohan Temple and Hongya Cave.
The room was clean for the most part, just smelled a bit musty which I think is because of the shower.

Room not clean properly, all of us bitten by bed bug. Poor facility, very hassle to reach the reception no phone no intercom, lift has to wait very long to go to lobby, poor room service, don’t even provide any coffee or tea bag in the room. Receptionist wasn’t that friendly & not helpful. Not recommended.

Not suitable for non-smokers or those sensitive to the smell of smoke. Booked non-smoking room but it smelled. Requested a change and they moved us the next day and sprayed the scent away for the night. The next room also had ash tray and I didn’t smell the smoke. But then the toilet stall smelled of smoke. The building is old. Pictures attached. There is an ashtray and frequent guests smoking in the hall near the elevators.

Bad front reception, not very friendly. It's very basic, not recommended. There are many other better hotels nearby.
