The hotel's location is excellent. After watching the drone show and taking a river cruise at Chaotianmen on a holiday night, we could walk back to the hotel. It's also very convenient to take a taxi or subway to other attractions. The hotel breakfast tasted good 👍, and having a laundry room was a great convenience when traveling with kids for several days. The only downside was that the rooftop pool was closed, which was a bit disappointing for my child.

The room was great for a rest, and the environment was beautiful. There's an open-air balcony on the 32nd floor. It's also very close to Xiaoshizi subway station, which is a big plus! The hotel staff were excellent, and the housekeeping staff were especially good.

The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. During peak hours, the breakfast area was so crowded that it was impossible to eat comfortably. The elevator was incredibly slow, and we always had to wait a long time. Even with the TV volume low, we received two calls late at night asking us to turn it down, which was quite an unpleasant experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, just 100 meters from Chaotianmen subway station, and also very close to Xiaoshizi subway station. It's convenient to walk to nearby attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel staff were very friendly. On the 32nd floor, you can enjoy an outdoor view of the night skyline, which is perfect for photos. During the May Day holiday, the hotel also showed movies on the 3rd floor, which my kids loved. They were also thrilled to make their own cotton candy at breakfast. Check-in was quick, and check-out on the first floor was very convenient. Although it's in a bustling area with many people, the staff were warm and attentive. The room came with four bottles of mineral water. The check-in process was efficient, and overall, it was a fantastic stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel is just over 100 meters from Chaotianmen Metro Station Exit 1, and Xiaoshizi is also quite close. Checking out here was super convenient; the front desk staff on the 1st floor were enthusiastic and meticulous with check-in, very efficient, and also very good.

I stayed here just before the May Day holiday. The front desk kindly upgraded my room for free, and the view was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around; the subway entrance is right downstairs. The room was clean, and the service was great. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing.

The hotel service is excellent, highly recommended. Its location right at the exit of Chaotianmen metro station makes getting around incredibly convenient. The breakfast offers a great variety, and the afternoon tea is delightful. The hotel staff are also very kind, and the front desk lady is beautiful. Chongqing is a wonderful place, with beautiful mountains, waters, and amazing hotpot!

At a price point of 900, the experience felt more like a budget hotel. The location, however, is quite good, making it convenient to access nearby attractions. The first floor and elevator were quite frustrating, and there were many tiny flying insects in the bathroom. The room also had poor signal.

As a loyal Hilton fan, it's always my first choice for business trips in every city. I've stayed at the Hilton in Chongqing many times, and even though I usually don't like leaving reviews, this particular one in Chongqing is exceptional. Every staff member is incredibly kind, making me feel right at home even when I'm far away. Service is all about the details, and the execution of those details here truly reflects Hilton's culture, which is something I deeply appreciate. The rooms maintain the hotel's classic style – clean, hygienic, and quiet, ensuring a very comfortable rest. As someone who struggles with sleep, I genuinely experienced a comfortable and deep sleep here. My sincere thanks and best wishes to them for this wonderful experience. I will definitely keep coming back.
