The hotel's location is easy to find with convenient transportation, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room decor is simple yet elegant, clean and clutter-free, and the soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy. Both the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are warm and patient, and the value for money is great. I'm very satisfied with this stay.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! I booked it directly through Ctrip's recommendation and was pleasantly surprised! The room was very spacious, perhaps because I was traveling alone... The sheets were clean, and there were many pillow options, which was a thoughtful touch! They even included a complimentary breakfast, very grateful for that!

The room was well-maintained, and Mr. Huang, our airport pick-up driver, was attentive and chatty. However, the front desk service was really poor. It took ages for them to deliver water to the room, and even after several reminders, they just kept saying they were too busy. People were smoking in the lobby, and no one stopped them (and I didn't see any clear 'no smoking' signs either).
