衞生：大環境衞生整體一般，客房衞生還行，勉強接受

談一談入住體驗：
1. 燒水壺是壞的，第一時間反映給前台，及時處理了。
2. 枕頭枕芯非常臟，反映給前台，換了一個。
3. 晚上發現有幾衹蟑螂🪳，反映給前台説給我們換一個房間，等了很久沒有回覆，我們就再次打電話給前台，前台讓我們自己下去拿卡😠；告知我們帶了幾個月的小朋友，讓她把卡送上來，她才送上來。
4. 換到另外一個房間，被單被套都是壞的，讓前台協調給我們換好的被單和被套，前台告知這個屬於機器磨損，是正常的，不需要我們賠償。在我們強烈要求下她才提出給我們換一床被單，但是她説即使換一床也不能保證是好的。最後也衹換了被單，沒有換被套。
5.另外一間房間的燒水壺手柄是壞的，可以燒水，但是非常燙手，需要把插頭拔了，等一會兒才能拿。
總體感受：環境不好，有蟑螂🪳，牆皮脱落；服務態度不好，我們所反映的問題從來沒有得到一句抱歉；性價比低

這個吹風機，跟機關槍一樣嘟嘟嘟的，根本沒有辦法用，以後房間不隔音，大晚上能聽到隔壁開門和關門的聲音，睡眠質量有一定的影響，我定的是一個內窗的房間，味道有點重，如果是看在便宜的情況下也可以將就住一下，
