完全超出預期的住宿體驗！之前一直對這種比較古樸的酒店比較抗拒，但是仙女山新華酒店確實從硬件到服務都讓人特別暖心，一開始入住的房間因為窗子的一點小問題，前台小姐姐直接給升級了房型，然後樓層的工作人員還特意送來小朋友的牙具和小拖鞋，特意問了那位阿姨姓鄭，太貼心了。下次過來還住這裏！酒店環境也相當優美！適合親子游。

酒店的設施老舊，屋裡到處臟兮兮的感覺。位置在仙女山景區 3 號票房附近，從機場或者遊客中心過來的大巴都需要再走一段石子路，拉在行李箱太難走了。酒店服務太差，一副來了就必須被我宰的心態，不額外送瓶裝水，要另收費，旁邊沒有超市和便利店，唯一隻能從酒店大堂的自動售貨機裏買。酒店交通不便，滴滴不好打，酒店收費去機場 4 公里 50 元，去觀光火車站 4 公里 50 元，到遊客中心 100 元，跟前台經理諮詢行程，高傲得我就是這樣、愛坐不坐的態度。要是沒有自駕車，根本無法考慮住這裏，建議避坑，差評
