The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The most pleasant surprise was the unbeatable river view; it was expansive and beautiful both day and night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out quick and efficient. The overall atmosphere was quiet and cozy. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

The hotel is excellent, with a great location. There are shops downstairs, river views, and convenient parking. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is also very good. You can choose to stay here when you come to Chongqing.

I haven't encountered a hotel this out of character in a very long time. First of all, this hotel really needs to train its staff properly! The service at this luxury hotel is comparable to a self-operated guesthouse—it's truly appalling. When I checked in, the bespectacled receptionist didn't respond to any of my questions. I initially thought it was a special job for the hotel, but then again, he didn't know the floor's orientation and wouldn't respond. Oh well… Upon entering the room, there was a damp smell. I called the front desk to check if there were any rooms available of the same type. I said I didn't need it and would immediately pay extra to upgrade. I paid an extra 100 yuan for the upgrade (the price difference on Ctrip is around 70 yuan), too lazy to argue. Even more outrageous is the hotel's toiletries, which are equivalent to those in a budget hotel. I haven't encountered this level of toiletries in many years. I guess the hotel is trying to save money in this area. The river view from the top floor is quite nice, and the cleanliness is acceptable. We won't hide the good points, but other aspects are disappointing. For example, the room layout is strange; I don't know what the design was for. The hotel elevator is shared with an office building, and it has a peculiar smell. That's it; I won't be coming back.

Disgusting parking barriers when entering and exiting. I went to Chongqing for the Motorcycle Expo. The security barriers in and out of the hotel would not open and I had to use the small passage next to it. This caused the driver to reverse and almost collide with the car.

It didn't live up to the standards of a star-rated hotel. There was absolutely no service, the environment was chaotic, and I was woken up in the middle of the night by someone banging on my door. A terrible day. Please don't recommend hotels like this to me again.

The room was very clean. We booked a river view room. The floor was high, the view was wide, and the transportation was very convenient. It only took half an hour to get to the zoo by taxi. There were restaurants all below the hotel, and they were open very late. We didn't have to worry about having nothing to eat late at night. It was full of fireworks.
