The room was very small and dirty. The smell of cheap incense was nauseating. The toilet was yellow and I dared not use it. There were corridors on both sides. There was no sound insulation at all. The shampoo and shower gel were like paste. I used them and my hair fell all over the bed and floor. I scratched my head all night. The front desk staff were nice, but it's really a shame for a chain hotel to be run like this.
