the bathroom smelled really really bad, the toilet flush wasn’t working very good. There also was a nail sticking out of the floor. But the location was convenient.

The hotel was ok. The staff were helpful and helped us book tickets for the Impression of Wulong. And help answer questions we had about transport for going back to Wulong town. The hotel is next to the Wulong Tourist Centre about 5 mins walk. Easy to get to.The room was clean, and air con was good. There are no lifts so if you have heavy luggage there are several flights of stairs to consider. It's rated as a 3 star hotel and was good enough for an out of town hotel. The TV didn't always turn on so we did have to ask the receptionist for help, and she turned up in the room and restarted it. Make sure you have a translation app for help in Wulong. Use WeChat if you can.

Disappointing Stay at Floral Hotel, Wulong Fairy Mountain I rarely leave bad reviews, but Floral Hotel was truly a letdown. They should honestly call it a homestay instead of a hotel because the setup and facilities are far below hotel standards. The amenities were inadequate from the moment we checked in. • The toilet flush and water pressure were extremely low, and the bathroom had a smell throughout our stay. • The glass panel doors were greasy and clearly not cleaned properly. • The TV didn’t work at all. • The towels were greyish, looking old and worn out instead of fresh and clean. • Several power points were out of order, which was very inconvenient. Honestly, there was nothing to praise. For the price and expectation, this place barely deserves 2 stars. Definitely not recommended unless major improvements are made. Don’t let the photos deceive you !
