The Move River View Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Hongyadong)

The hotel is pretty good, especially the service attitude, which was excellent. The location is also superb, right near Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and just a few steps from the People's Liberation Monument. You can walk to many attractions from here. I'd definitely come back next time. It was a great stay!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel with my 80-year-old mother. First, let me talk about our check-in experience. The two young ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. They helped us check in, showed us to our room, and provided thoughtful introductions. They even arranged a very suitable meal for my elderly mother, which we greatly appreciated. Next, regarding the room layout, it was bright and spacious, offering a beautiful night view of the Jiefangbei business district. As for cleanliness, the bedding was exceptionally clean, comparable to a five-star hotel. All the toiletries were provided, and the shower area was separated from the dry area. Overall, it was very quiet and safe. There was one minor point: there's a step between the main room and the bathroom area, so you need to be careful. However, the step had a light strip, so it wasn't an issue. All in all, this stay was very satisfying and exceeded our expectations. This building houses several hotels, and we were so fortunate to have chosen this one. I highly recommend it! Many thanks to the two young ladies at the front desk who served us when we checked in on the 26th. I visit Chongqing frequently and will definitely stay here again next time. Had a fantastic stay! The front desk staff even thoughtfully prepared a parting gift when I checked out. The complimentary laundry service made my Chongqing trip feel incredibly pampered. Looking forward to visiting Chongqing again!
