Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We booked in advance, but upon arrival, we were informed that our reservation had expired, and we hadn't received any prior notice. We had to cancel the original reservation and make a new one for the dates of the 16th to the 17th, which initially seemed fine. However, later that day, when we returned to the hotel to rest after being out all day, we were told that we had to pay extra to stay, even though it was still the same day. This was due to an error made by the receptionist, which resulted in us having to pay twice for a room we only stayed in for one night.

This hotel is in a very good location, not far from the light rail station and not far from the city's attractions and the airport. The most important thing is that it is very close to the airport and can be reached within a few minutes after getting off the plane. The hotel lobby is very clean, neat and bright. The girl at the front desk greeted me warmly and politely as soon as I entered the hotel. The service is great. The room is very clean, the water temperature is just right for bathing, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the bedding and pillows are very comfortable, and there is free mineral water, tea, and coffee in the room. The room aunt is also very kind and the service is good! I didn't expect that the hotel I booked this time was not expensive and I could stay in such a comfortable room. The price/performance ratio was very high. It was worthy of being part of the 7-day premium chain. It was guaranteed in all aspects. I'm very satisfied!

I had just gotten off the plane and didn't know which hotel to book, so I chose the hotel for seven days without any doubt. After I checked in and opened the door, the smell was really unpleasant. It was that moldy smell that really couldn't be removed. My friend and I really wore masks😷 and stayed for one night, but when I took off the masks, there was still a huge smell. I didn’t even dare to go to the toilet⬆️. The room was all moldy. You can tell by looking at the pictures. Anyway, it’s not I will stay for another seven days and the experience was extremely bad.

I clearly booked a non-smoking room, but the pungent smell of cigarettes hit me the moment I opened the door. I asked the front desk to change a room, but it was still the same smell of cigarettes, but it was a little better, so I just lived there. At one o'clock in the middle of the night, the man in the next room called, and I could hear it clearly and couldn't sleep at all. I asked the front desk to knock on the door twice, but it didn't work. Then I changed the room, but the smell of cigarettes was still there. I changed another room, but the smell of cigarettes was still there. I had no choice but to endure it. I slept for a while and heard a buzzing sound again. I guessed it was the sound of the air conditioner. It was already two o'clock at that time, and I had to get up at four o'clock to catch the plane. I endured it again. The buzzing sound continued until I left. I can only say that the 80-yuan small hotel of the aunt who solicits customers at the station entrance is better than this environment. Don't be blinded by the good reviews in the comments section.
