I had a very satisfying stay. Everything from the room's facilities and cleanliness to the hotel's surroundings, convenience, and service attitude was excellent. The hotel's lounge and restaurant are also fantastic. The only minor issue I encountered was when taking a taxi; sometimes it was a bit confusing to choose the exact pickup point. After asking the hotel staff, selecting the hotel lobby or 'Fulai Shi Gate 11' works fine. However, this isn't a problem unique to this hotel, but rather a Chongqing thing, haha.

A high-quality hotel with a unique environment and stunning location. The scenery is beautiful, the service is top-notch, and both the facilities and software are excellent. Truly an international-standard hotel. I had a wonderful time and will cherish the memories.

The Landmark Hotel is fantastic! The view from the 67th floor is absolutely unique. The service is excellent, and it's super convenient with Raffles City Mall and Chaotianmen Square right downstairs. Getting a taxi to the airport was also a breeze. The breakfast spread was plentiful, and the coffee was delicious.

This hotel boasts an incredible riverside location at the confluence of the Jialing and Yangtze rivers, offering stunning river views. You can even catch the evening drone show right from your room! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The bar had a great atmosphere in the evening, though I was sad to miss the 8 PM live band performance.

The location is fantastic and the service is great. The breakfast, in particular, was excellent and really added to our Chongqing trip. A small suggestion: it would be great if you could offer some firmer pillows alongside the current ones, as both pillows were a bit too soft and flat for my personal preference.

I chose the wrong dates before my trip. I tried to cancel my order within ten minutes of submitting it, but it only showed as a failed cancellation the next day. After several attempts, the hotel still refused to cancel. After much hassle, I finally checked into the hotel. Spending nearly 10,000 on two rooms for two nights, I really didn't feel I received service commensurate with that price. The front desk staff seemed to look down on guests, and the room's cleanliness was terrible – corners were full of grime and standing water. The room facilities were very basic and small. The only advantages were the location and the view from the window. The welcome fruit consisted of just four oranges, which was a huge contrast to the thoughtful service I've received at hotels costing a hundred yuan. It took two calls to get someone to answer the service line in the room. They didn't have latex pillows, and even the memory foam pillows were all taken. For a five-star hotel, it really fell far short of expectations. The value for money was extremely poor, and I had to go all the way down to the LG floor to pick up takeout, requiring two elevator changes, which was incredibly inconvenient! Thinking about it now, it was just an awful experience.

Full marks! Everything was great. The pastries at the lounge were fantastic, and the dandan noodles and beef noodles for breakfast were excellent. The service was also very good, and our stay was comfortable with amazing river views. The pool was a real highlight – clean, hygienic, well-designed, and luxurious. The layout is very practical too. Big thumbs up! It's also convenient for getting everywhere. 😀

Service: Very welcoming, breakfast is rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western options. The hotel is on the 60th floor, but there's no swaying sensation.
