I was in this area on a business trip and recommended this hotel. The owner upgraded my room for free. It was clean, tidy, and very affordable! It was also quiet, with plenty of restaurants downstairs and a food street nearby.

Cons: It's about 1 kilometer from the subway station, about a 15-minute walk, and about 400 meters from the bus stop, about a 7-minute walk.
