Thank you so much to Xingxing for everything she made our experience very seamless and she was through with communication and her English is very good! The room was clean and the views from the room were as expected and just like the picture or even better. We had the beautiful of Yangtze River and the mountains. Xingxing explained everything well, including letting us know about the other hotel amenities we can use! Thanks to her we had a very easy time in Chongqing! We were taken care of from check in to check out! Highly recommend to everyone.

Everything was fine: Nice view, location, clean room & good service. The only complaint I had was that the light of one side of the bath was broken but was fixed asap!

Travelled as a family, booked 5 rooms in total. The location is great, there are many food options and it’s near to the popular places in Chongqing, directly opposite to 莱佛士. The hotel is clean and comfortable, they also have butler service. The butlers are all so nice and helpful especially 木南 and 安安. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and will definitely stay again if I’m back at Chongqing.

The location is fantastic. Facing Raffles City and right next to Chaotianmen metro station. Our room was on the 41st floor. The view was stunning 😍 But what’s most remarkable was their service. We get a personal butler and communicate with her through WellChat. We had 2 butlers during our stay and their service was impeccable 👌

Very very pleased by the ISEYA hotel. Creating rooms around scenic bathtubs that can be used at any given time is a unique spin on hotel rooms. Using the dedicated concierge the opportunity for surprises or general guidance is endless. We always asked before returning back to the hotel for the concierge start filling in the bath and by the time we came back we only had to undress and jump in. I highly recommend giving this unique hotel in the heart of Chongqing a try, as this is one memory you will never forget.

I spend here one amazing night, beautiful view, perfect room amazing bath and great service! 英子 took great care of me, she was very attentionate towards me. I even received a cute little present! So lovely and attentionate. I will definitely come back with my fiancé to show him thins amazing place and can recommend this place to anyone that wants to enjoy the amazing view on China's cyber punk city Chongqing !!

Star - Xing Xing - was an amazing staff whose English was very fluent. The porter service in the hotel in general was amazing and we could easily chat on WhatsApp. Star - Xing Xing - was really awesome she helped us navigate through where we were going and when we wanted to upgrade our room the first night and she helped us with that. The hotel was honestly a good one. They were quick to answer whenever we needed help. We needed some extra things in our room like steamer, tea and they came within minutes. They also offered us a complimentary bag drop off at the airport. We were able to keep our bags with the hotel to go explore the city before leaving. All in all, the hotel was a great one and Star - Xing Xing - was really helpful and she deserves a raise for sure because it feels like she’s been working there for over 10 years and she knows the hotel and their services so well.

Loved this hotel :) A bit on the expensive end but worth it! We had a lovely time in Chongqing 🥰 Service was absolutely wonderful, front desk was very supportive and our butler 嘉嘉 was amazing !! I would definitely book this hotel again

The hotel is a commercial building and they took few floor coverted to luxury and good service hotel. Great service from the staff I was assigned 贝贝&栗子🌰to ensure our satisfaction. great hospitality, they helped me wash my cloths make my life easy. definitely will come again. location is convenient MRT just beside and the mall are full with clothes, you can buy your cloths here no ned bring your own clonths and can get the hotel staff to wash it before wear

It’s a nice hotel, but i stayed in ashan (a couple of floors down) as well, and for the price dofference (3 times more in iseya) i don’t think it’s worth. It was nice the bathtub, i can’t complain for anything.

Butler Rourou and the entire team of butlers including interns are all so welcoming! We will not hesitate to recommend anyone who is looking for lodging in Chongqing!! Great location, 30seconds walk to subway. Room is cosy and comfortable.
