Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Our room was meticulously cleaned daily. The surrounding area offers plenty of dining and entertainment options. Our butler, Niangao, provided exceptional service, making us feel right at home. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. Five-star rating!

Upon Arrival Xiami took great care of us. The check in went smooth and everyone was so professional. The lobby was very nice, clean and welcoming. We went with friends. Our rooms were very nice, clean and smelled nice. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. tbe bed linens and towls smelled fresh and were soft. The views were great. One overlooked the river and airiel tram. The other room overlooked Raffles City and Indigo. Stunning night views. The hotel is centrally located and convient to adventure around. A little tip. When you enter the hotel. stsy to the far right and enter that set of elevators. Go to the 30th floor and Seya reception is there. There are several hotels and several sets of elevators.
THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF FOR A GREAT STAY. Everyone is very accommodating. Have a great trip. We will definately stsy again on our next trip. Also there isn't a swimming pool. But our room had a nice large tub

The room decor was fantastic, the computer setup was high-end, and the bed was really comfortable. The location was great too. I'll definitely come back next time!

We initially booked a room with a loft which has great views. Later we switched to a two-bedroom due to a leaking issue, with a little extra charge but more spacious and additional shower and hot tub. The hotel has free laundry services with 10 clothes per day. The two-bedroom has its own washer/dryer, which is very convenient. The room managers have been so helpful to satisfy our requests. We were all happy to stay in this hotel in Chongqing.

The hotel is near Jiefangbei, the location is very convenient, area Full of transportation, the room facilities and equipment are very comfortable, and the butler Afeng's service is also very thoughtful. The reception guys were really useful and helpful too.

Everything good, however some points to improve. Breakfast has very few options for such a hotel, and even though it is served in the room, the room is not ready to host it. There's only 1 chair, and it is served with one set of cutlery which is a bit weird.
Also, the room is nice but the pictures are a bit misleading as it looks gigantic compared to what it actually was.
Service was great tho and people very nice with us.

We have been traveling around China and staying at top hotels like the Legendale in Beijing an the Peace Hotel in Shanghai. But the attention at this hotel was the best. We get in contact with a person of the staff via we chat. And they will help you with anything you need during your stay. They even help me to repair the zipper of my travel bag. The room had an excellent view and the local robot will deliver stuff to your room. A great experience, would definitely come back. Thanks for everything 🙏
