The hotel is well-located with extremely friendly and hospitable staff. The view from a high floor is also great. The breakfast options are limited as the restaurant prioritizes serving yummy noodle soup (more a lunch or dinner preference for me) — but the hotel gives two vouchers a day to enjoy both breakfast and another meal.

Staff number 2&4 were helpful with our additional stay. Very spacious living room. Room is located at the connecting building. Not access by lift. Had to take some stairs to get to the room. Stairway a little dark at night.

The location is strategic, it's very near to hongyadong, jiefangbei and most of the tourists points. The service also very nice and reachable. The staff no. 4& 7 are very friendly. And they have a very cute cat around.

The breakfast was substantial, and the room was clean and quiet. The observation deck offered great views, and late-night snacks were a nice touch. The location was convenient for getting around, and all the staff were polite and helpful, truly wonderful.

The location is superb ! It’s just 100 meter ish to the Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street! So get ready shoppers ur money will flow like the river. For metro you need to walk a bit with stairs but otherwise love the location. The amenities is good, there is laundry room (it’s free). The staff is attentive too, requested a late check out and they allow us for free! They gave us a gift too so thoughtful. Special thanks to staff ID 3 and 10, you two are the best. Recommended stay!

Overall, it was good. I even woke up at 10 AM and still caught breakfast. However, I was really put off during the meal when I accidentally glanced towards the dishwashing area. An auntie was using a dishcloth to wipe her shoes... That just ruined my appetite for breakfast 🤮🤮. I hope the hotel strengthens its management and pays more attention to food safety and hygiene.

Nice hotel, but not exactly as expected from the official photos. The room cleanliness was standard, but there were old spiderwebs on the lights. Great location and very helpful staff. Free laundry is available (English instructions of wasing/dryer machine would be helpful). The Chinese breakfast was excellent, with the option to swap it for lunch or dinner. At reception I was surprise to see small cats on the desk. This is something i don't like and you will never see in Europe. Fortunately, I am not allergic!
