Amazing location right in the heart of Chongqing, a short walk to Raffles city and many other major attractions. Easy access to the metro (literally steps away) and a very cool and clean room, well equipped. Very friendly maids and front desk staff. I would stay here again phenomenal view from our room of raffles city and about 1 million other buildings. Hotel lobby is on 21st floor. We actually stayed in 2 different rooms at the same hotel and switching to the second was seamless and easy. Loved the staff here!

We had a wonderful stay and had the best customer experience at your hotel. The simple yet traditional decor of the lobby brings back fond memories of our childhood times. The surrounding views from our hotel room on 46th floor were superb. The welcome tea and sponge cake served was especially good. 5 stars to the excellent front desk staff especially Xiao Zhang and Xiao Wan who welcomed us with a warm and pleasant smile which made us feel really at home. They have been very patient and accommodating with our queries and the usual requests like asking for extra drinking water bottles. They went the extra mile in providing the best customer service which we have never experienced before in any hotels we have stayed in our many trips. Our appreciation to the housekeeping team on 46th floor for their meticulous and thoroughness in making up our room too. Lovely stay! Conveniently located, so close to Mountain city alley just across the underpass and subway station. Beautiful view from the room, The ladies at the reception were so kind and caring! They even recommended me a place to get the best manicure and went out of their way to help me find it :) thank you so much!

Wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk upgraded our room upon arrival. The hotel room and view was stunning. The hotel was very responsive on WeChat for any services that we needed. Only complaint would be the room was cold, we tried turning up the heat and needed to ask for another sleeping blanket. Btw it’s off peak travel season and winter time right now.

Great location, super close to Qixinggang Station on Line 1/10. The facade is unassuming, giving it a 'hidden gem in the city' vibe. The overall decor is very Tang Dynasty-inspired, and the tea room on the third floor is a real treasure. They offer free coffee, black tea, hot water, and a microwave. The sofas are comfortable, and there are outlets for charging. The sound of running water in the middle is like white noise, making you want to drift off to sleep. The front desk service was excellent, and they even gave me a souvenir when I left. The only downside was the strong, lingering smoke smell in the room; even with my disinfectant and odor-eliminating spray, I couldn't get rid of it. It would be perfect if this could be improved.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Downstairs, you have direct access to Bayi Haochi Street and Jiaochangkou Night Market, as well as Jiefangbei. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach Shibatiba, Daijiaxiang, and Hongyadong. Baixiangju and Kuixinglou are also nearby, making it incredibly convenient. We stayed in a loft with an elder, which was great value for money, allowing us to look after them while still having our own space. A big thank you to Qiqi at the front desk for her warm and attentive service – she was always so helpful. Just a minor suggestion: perhaps the afternoon tea could be improved a bit.

First of all the staff are wonderful they're willing to go out of their way to help you the young man in reception helped us to repair a broken suitcase he took us to a local shopping mall to find the right product the manager speaks perfectly good English she helped book a table at a local nightclub we had a wonderful time and I doubt that we would be able to book the table since we do not speak Chinese kudos to the staff including the ladies that clean your room they do a very good job they're very polite the room is clean and comfortable the beds are quite soft the view is nice they give you free snacks and tea everyday including two large bottles of water the shower is warm and strong the only problem we encountered was when the neighbor would smoke we could smell it in our toilet room that was disappointing everything else was five stars. There are lots of great restaurants and shops and bakeries nearby.

Requested for a non-smoking room as I’m very sensitive to smoke smell (including lingering second hand smoke smell). Checked in to room 0815 and the room is reeked of second hand smoke smell! I asked the staff if this is a smoking room, she said no. Yet there’s also an ashtray in the room….the staffs said all their rooms have ashtray and they couldn’t control guests from smoking in their rooms. Now I’m back home with sore throat, throat inflammation, due to staying in that room for hours. We only booked Stone Hotel to shower and pack luggage before heading to the airport as our flight is at 2.30am. Very disappointed with getting a non-smoke free room and we learnt that we should not book hotels that are not 100% smoke free.

Lovely new hotel just a little away from the noise of the main Minzu Rd street. I used to work for a 5 star hotel, and I could tell that this hotel definitely have a lot of potential to be an excellent one! Hotel is very near JieFangBei and Hongyadong (as stated in the name), and have stunning views of the bridge and Chongqing Raffles City! A lot of food stores and food carts alongside and opposite the hotel, 2 convenient stores downstairs, and 2 different Light Rail stations both 5mins walking distance from hotel. Perhaps the hotel is too new, and some staff don't seem like they are well trained to handle guests. Staff spoke minimal English, but we messaged and conversed in Mandarin / Chinese before and throughout my stay. Prior to my arrival, staff were really helpful with my Taobao orders and they assisted to keep aside until I arrived at the hotel. They even assisted with my questions through Trip.com messaging promptly! Upon arrival at around 2:00+am, my driver couldn't locate the hotel, as the hotel is tucked away in an alley and couldn't turn in due to the food carts that are parked along the alley in the evening. Driver called the hotel to direct him but I could hear that he was quite frustrated with the staff that he was speaking to. Perhaps they were not helpful and my driver had to drop me off by the road just before the alley. No warmth from the check-in staff upon arrival at 2+am, but I was checked-in swiftly and given a room with a beautiful view (that I only got to see when I woke up)! I also asked the staff about collecting my Taobao and he gestured me to the floor and told me to search for my own packages from the floor. There's was literally no guests in the lobby. I went down to my room to settle my luggages and bag before heading back up to collect my orders by hand with a large recycle bag. Only the next day evening, I realised the staff could have done so much more for me. Another staff was so kind. He helped me find my parcels (I had about 7 items) and he even offered to use the robot to help with delivering all the parcels to my room so that I didn't had to carry them. Room (with smart room system) is amazing, little dust but nothing extreme. I did mentioned to the staff that the room was a little warm but they said that it was due to winter arriving, and the hotel adjusted the Aircon for winter. I really love the view! Room was spacious enough for me to open up my luggages and I also love that the legs of the bed frame is designed to be slanted inwards. This design saved my feets so many times from accidentally kicking the bed frame. Comfy bed with clean bedding and towels. Sound proofing was not too bad too. Hopefully management can keep up with the maintenance of the hotel and rooms! They had welcome drinks throughout daytime, and served complimentary porridge and evening sweet soup from 8-11pm. Upon check-out, the reception was able to keep my luggage for me until late at night because I had a midnight flight home. Really grateful to all the staff that assisted me with the finding of locations around Chongqing! I also suggested to a staff that they should consider investing in a luggage scale for guests too. Many of us shop in China and would prefer to know our luggage weight, so that we can repack in the lobby before heading to the airport. When I was there in early November, the music bar and barbeque restaurant have not opened. Heard that it'll open during new year, and I look forward to visit them when I'm back! I want to give them 5 stars the next time I come back to this hotel! Note: borrowing of umbrella will require a CNY50 deposit
