I went to Hechuan Fishing City with my family to play. I was afraid that I would be too tired and I didn't want to return to the main city in one day. I chose the hotel next to the tourist distribution center. The location is really nothing to say, right at the Shizi intersection, the signboard is quite eye-catching and easy to find! The transportation is also very convenient, the bus stop is right next to it! There are also many snack bars in the surrounding area. The famous Chen Tihua and Chen Kuanfen are all within walking distance, and Wenfeng Ancient Street is only 10 minutes away. It is super convenient! The room is sanitary and clean. After all, the price is here. The price/performance ratio is good. The basic facilities are not comparable to star hotels! Overall in line with expectations! If you have an opinion, two points: the room is not equipped with free drinking water, and there is actually charged purified water. To be honest, it is rare. Even the hotel has the equipment, and the hotel actually labels and charges. Don't understand the hotel map? In addition, it is rare to see a hotel that does check in and collects a deposit. I feel that the management of the hotel is indeed still in the 1980s and lacks a new management model. It is indeed necessary to reflect and study carefully! The room is clean and the environment is good. We booked three rooms in total. The front desk clerk arranged them all on the first floor, which is very convenient. The river view of the standard room is much better than that of the single room. If you live alone, a single room is more comfortable. The front desk clerk is also very nice. The family suite was extremely spacious, enough for every member to have his/her own personal space. The first room I was allocated had some issues with the room lightings and the front desk staff agreed to allocate us another room instead. However, the hotel facilities (gym and pool) happened to be under renovation over the period of my stay, which was slightly disappointing. The room service could also be improved as I booked a stay for 3 pax and the toiletries/room amenities were prepared and replaced daily, but only for 2 pax, and we had to call in each day to request for an extra set. It would have been better if the hotel took note of our request the first time, and made a note to ensure sufficient toiletries for all 3 occupants per the booking, so that we did not have to call in with a daily request. But overall, the view from the hotel was great and the stay was comfortable. It was still a positive experience.

The hotel environment is good, there is a garden outside the room, you can take a walk and drink tea in your spare time. The room is hygienic, but the staircase-style room is not suitable for the elderly. The air-conditioning outlet is just facing the window upstairs, and it would be better if there is a wind shield. ♪♪illenium有幸作為龍門璞村民宿第一波住宿用户，在住宿期間通過經理介紹得知耗費過億費用打造的一個高端民宿休閑一體的度假村，璞村分三部分，一是住宿餐飲，二是小酒館和音樂會，三為盆景、園藝，住宿區圍繞園林山景建設，自下而上，顯得錯落有致，餐飲休閑利用現代建築與其傳統建築佈局相融合，令人驚艷。再談房間的配套設施，衞生乾淨，戴森吹風機，美標衞浴，體驗感很好，民宿阿姨和經理服務非常熱情。美中不足就是房間窗簾有一點透光，床頭的木板感覺才裝修不久稍微一點點味道，希望細節能更加完善。民宿目前還有一點在收尾，可能等個把月效果更佳。有機會再來，總體來説體驗館十分不錯，希望民宿越做越好！

GGuest UserJust finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever.
Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room.
Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious.
Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable.
What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable.
Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced:
- A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty
- Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals
- One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it
- Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel.
- A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room
- Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness
Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too.
Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

AAnonymous UserTraveling during off-peak hours, I finally came to Chongqing, which I have longed for. For the convenience of travel, I chose this high-altitude river view hotel. The front desk is on the 28th floor. The room I booked also has a river view. There are many delicious food nearby, and there is a subway station downstairs. It's very convenient to take a taxi. There is an observation deck upstairs in the hotel, but you need to buy a ticket to go up. The room is nice and the view is beautiful. Xiao Zhu at the front desk provides great service. It has a full floor-to-ceiling river view. Exit 5A of Line 1 is the hotel. Transportation Convenient, plus the hotel's WeChat online service, you don't need to go to the front desk to check out. This location in Chaotianmen is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

HH MatthiasCentrally located, walking distance to great food options. Service was very warm and friendly; given a free upgrade as well. Room was nicely decorated, strong AC, had a smart home system with security features, smart toilet with bidet, nice rainfall shower. It was awesome having a washer/dryer in-room as well.
The room also came with a kitchen (oven, microwave, stove) though there were no utensils and crockery. Fridge was huge.
Bed was comfortable and big. The room lacked an ironing board and an electronic safe.
Only complaint: lifts were extremely slow. VERY slow. Even as the only passenger, going from level 1 to 33 took nearly 2 minutes. It was also extremely warm and stuffy in the lifts.

整個入住體驗真的超級棒，一直忘記來評論了，是屬於我下一次去重慶依然會優先選擇的酒店。放兩張我們住的樓層的窗外風景，現場看房間的時候看到這一間不是完全對着江的，但我覺得對着這個建築也很好看就選了這一間。

GGuest UserAfter staying for two nights, the homestay is outside the gate of the scenic area. The transportation is very friendly to individual travelers. From the light rail to the hotel, you can take a drop of 20-30 yuan; from the homestay to the intersection and walk up to the intersection for 5 minutes, it is 502 Daihu Bus Station, direct to the city bus station (5 minutes walk from the light rail station), when you leave the shop, you can contact the driver to drop off the passengers through the homestay (the cost is more expensive than Didi). B&B food is acceptable, if you are too expensive, you can take the bus/didi to and from the city for shopping and dining. The actual scene of the room matches the photo. The best part is that the scenery is good, not losing the Jinyun Xiaozhu on the top of the mountain. It is best to call to ask if there is a balcony when making a reservation. A worthy trip for two nights!
