1. The room was very bad, with a smell of glue that made me dizzy. I told the customer service but they didn't mention changing the room. They just asked me to open the door for ventilation. The house was surrounded by grass and mosquitoes flew in when I opened the door. They also asked me to open the door for ventilation. I was speechless. 2. There was no cold water when I checked in. The shower was hot water. They just gave me a box of mineral water to solve the problem. 3. I didn't enjoy the two-hour delay check-out at all. I couldn't open the door at 12 o'clock, so the children were left in the room and it was not cleaned up. 4. The deposit for check-out at 12 o'clock was returned to me at 14:40 after I repeatedly asked. This is the worst hotel of this price that I have ever stayed in. The experience is too bad.

I am very satisfied with both the service and the environment! Many tours were cancelled due to thunderstorms, but the rainy scenery in the mountains is a different experience.

It was my first time staying in this kind of tent room. Although there was no hot spring, it was very close to the small village at the foot of the mountain. At the same time, there were fireworks and KTV at the bonfire party at night, just next to the tent camp.

Only the small villas have hot springs, and the hot spring water is released after check-in, which is very hygienic. The environment is good and very quiet, with almost no staff disturbing. The restaurant is spacious and bright, but the breakfast variety is a little less. There are also some small animals raised outside, which is suitable for family children to play.
