Super 8 by Wyndham Kansas City

Was decent clean comfortable

Could barely understand the guy as his native language was not English. He tried charging me an extra fee beyond what I had prepaid through booking site. There was no elevator. There were shopping carts in the hallway. Breakfast was bare minimum. Definitely not worth the cost.

Very clean very helpful the morning front desk agent and the manager was very helpful, polite and respectable, even though we had a hard time through *******, but we’ll be returning

Nice - but very basic hotel with uninspired service/management. Room was clean but A/C off upon our arrival although we turned it on and it cooled off after we returned from dinner. After taking tepid (water NEVER got hot) showers, we went to load car at 8:45am the next day before check out — and returned to find room keys had been deactivated, and breakfast being put away promptly at 9:00. Would’ve been nicer if we were reminded breakfast ended at 9 when we passed through the lobby at 8:45. Not a great loss, but the lack of communication and guest concern was disappointing. Room was clean and quiet and bed was comfortable, but price still was not worth the value expected from a Wyndham Hotel.

This is one of the greatest super 8 hotels I’ve been to I mean this from my heart they treat you well and the area is great also not a lot of bad people and things it’s a wonderful environment and hotel is very clean

Wonderful help at the front desk both interactions with both ladies. Room nice comfortable and clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

I've been going to KC a few times a year, for 3-4 years, for an overnight trip to catch a show. I've tried some other Super 8's in the greater metro, and perhaps a couple of other brand hotels around the same price point and distance from the Kauffman Center. None come close to the quality of this hotel.

Stays was great only complaint was I couldn’t book an extra night that’s fine tho during Memorial Day weekend good staff decent breakfast only hot food are the waffles tho don’t get your hopes up.

I love the staff here, you guys are awesome & I will definitely be checking in again! Thanks so much for having us!
