Hotel was not maintained. Very dirty. We decided to not eat breakfast there even though we paid for it after viewing how unclean the hotel was overall. We would not stay here again.

It was a great experience. The lady that checked us in was extremely friendly. The room was nice and clean. I loved the glass shower and the bath products, as well as the blackout curtain.

All the staff we interacted with were very accommodating and nice. The property itself was ok if not looking at anything too closely. Appears to be a poorly executed remodel job in some areas. Spa was still advertised and signage was still up even though it had been filled in with concrete. No breakfast available as they had no staff for the 3 days we were there.

Stayed here one night in May of 2024. Check in was good. The lady at the front desk was nice. The room was great. Looked very clean and modern. Temperature controls on the thermostat worked well, we always like a cold room at night. Shower was amazing. I always prefer the newer showers with the sliding glass doors. Wi-Fi worked good. Never used the TV. Was a bit disappointed their was no continental breakfast. We did eat at the "restaurant" and were the only ones there. Food says cooked to order but was obviously pre-made. Still decent though. Overall, it was a good experience. The property looked new and clean. Would stay again.

It was a pretty good stay. My boyfriend and I had a good time. I only have three complaints really, the shower head in the bathroom has such a strong pressure. It literally feels like you're being pelted by the water.
Two, there were some stains on the sheets of our bed. Not big ones, just two small stains. And three, the walls are pretty thin. Could hear neighbors on both sides of us.
Otherwise, good stay.

In our room, there was industrial glue in the shower and the silicone was starting to seperate from the tiles and shower pan. We didn't inform the staff as we arrived really late and needed to sleep. I'm sure it would've been corrected or a new room assigned did we had mentioned it which is why I am still rating 4 stars

Check in was very quick and was given excellent information at check in. Room was cleaned daily which is not normal these days but much appreciated. Beds were comfortable and room temp was easy to control. Would stay here again.
