Newer build,, friendly staff, very clean rooms and even has parking for a car. Nice little restaurant for breakfast and dinner, all is good here. 

Very conveniently located for a stopover in Christchurch as close to car rental pickups and comes with all basic amenities.

The Wyndham Gardens location is fantastic, clean fresh rooms and helpful staff.

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful. The only thing that i was concerned was room service. They knock on the door at 10am. We arrived late at the hotel after a 7 hours drive before checking in. We are staying at the hotel for 3 days. They should have checked that we are not yet gonna check out til the next day.

Walking distance to attractions.

The hotel is strategically located near the ****** which makes it a good landing spot if you are visiting ******. It is also a few minutes walk from car rental companies.

The hotel is great! Parking is convenient, but you need to pay 20 New Zealand dollars. The room has a washing machine, dryer, kitchen and a full set of tableware. Walking distance to the botanical garden and art museum! Christchurch is so beautiful that I could have stayed two more nights.

Excellent location, friendly front desk staff,

This hotel is suspected of discrimination. This is the worst front desk I have encountered in my stay in New Zealand for more than half a month. I'm not the kind of person who shouts about lightning protection. I have one thing to say. The facilities in the suite are pretty good, except for some sanitary blind spots (as shown in the picture), there is a kitchen and a clothes dryer, which is very convenient for us. The location is not in the city center, it's a bit far to walk there. It has its own parking lot, the price is unknown. We took bus No. 8 from the airport, which was quite convenient. Our favorable impression of this hotel came to an abrupt end when we checked out. After checking out, we plan to go boating on the Avon River and need to store our luggage at the hotel for a while, I believe it won't be long. Since the employee at the front desk was wearing a uniform and working, I didn’t have to shy away from photographing him. He said that after we checked out, the order had been released and luggage storage was not allowed. The attitude is quite straightforward. This is the first time I have encountered this situation at home and abroad. In some hotels, if there is insufficient space, it can be placed in an office. It's not that this hotel doesn't have storage rooms, so I suspect he is involved in discrimination. Do you think storing luggage is a big deal for such a big hotel? But for tourists, how do I paddle with a box? I called the boating store and they said they couldn't store large luggage and could only store small items. I later wasted a long time and found out that there was a nearby supermarket with a storage service, which was a bounce App chain service. It cost almost 150 yuan to store several pieces of luggage for an hour, and it affected our itinerary. Originally we planned to walk there lightly, but in the end we had to take a taxi. I emailed Wyndham about this. The other party forwarded the email to the hotel and responded with a bunch of high-sounding comments about why the luggage room was too small. Nonsense, we have a total of two 24-inch boxes at home, a soft bag and a backpack on the trolley. A long time ago, I stayed at this brand in Pidu District, Chengdu. This was the first time I encountered a problem. It may be that a certain consortium in New Zealand is running the local Wyndham. It is still awesome.

The hygiene and soundproofing are good, and the service is also good. As the first hotel I stayed in when I landed in New Zealand, I watched the first sunset in the Southern Hemisphere here. There is a cafe in the hotel lobby, but we left early the next morning. We didn't catch the cafe's opening time. I don't know how the coffee is. The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance of the Botanical Garden and the Internet celebrity ice cream. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's twin room is very comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom is also large. It is worth staying in a hotel like this at this price.

The room has a bit of smell. I advise you not to include breakfast. This is the Mediterranean breakfast I ordered. Haha, half cereal and half jam. I really couldn’t swallow the breakfast. I ordered a banana and 2 knives. Of course, they confiscated it because I didn't eat the bowl of porridge (the entire breakfast). The Garden Hotel is in name only, there are no flowers or grass. Most of the guests staying here are Indians, and the occupancy rate is pretty good haha٩(๑^o^๑)۶
