Our unit B14 located on the top or second floor was spotlessly clean and bright so this made for a wonderful stay. The location we found perfect for our needs; walking distance to city centre etc.
Luggage racks would have made life easier rather than having to manage our bags on the floor.
Car parking we found a problem one evening after returning in our vehicle, there were no parking spaces. Another guest was in the same predicament. We agreed a motel of this standard should have one space per unit. This doesn’t seem to be the case.
Regardless, we recommend this property and would stay again.

Very helpful hosts and staff - rooms very tidy and well appointed - a lot of road noise during the night - so may be worth asking for a room further away from road for more peaceful night. Good off street parking available - so easy access to vehicle when parking up to leave.

Handy to city and a central base to all areas in ChCh. Nice and clean, spacious and quiet. Walking distance to city and for meals. This is the second time we have stayed here and would stay again.

Surprising little gem. We had room 11 upstairs (plus there is a lift) it has the largest of all the outside balconies, where we sat for dinner with a view back to the mountains we had travelled through in the morning. Great laundry on site. Only negative, the external lights are on all night and the room is not very dark to assist with sleeping. (I bought an eye mask - no problem then!) Very good kitchen facilities and all you need for a short stay, including a coffee plunger and coffee. The bathroom is exactly as presented on the web page.
