The bed is very soft and the facilities are complete, including electric blankets which are rare here. The Korean guy at the reception desk speaks fluent English and is friendly. This is the most cost-effective motel I have ever stayed in in New Zealand.

The staff at the facility were kind and handled everything with a smile, so I felt comfortable. I was very grateful that he was a very friendly person.
