Nicely located hotel, close to everything in CBD. It's in an old building, the rooms are on the small side, but clean and comfortable . Tea & coffee can be made in the kitchen area and taken to your room. A good continental breakfast was served in the morning. Car parking was good.

本來開心滿滿的入住 結果前台一對小情侶感覺剛來 説不能接待我們 因為我們帶着孩子 是感激他們的法律 真的大無語。男前台後來開口説可以單獨給孩子開一間房 才能入住 而且房價巨貴。這是不接受孩子嗎？沒辦法 我們衹能臨時訂其他的酒店 至今還在跟代理溝通退款的事。出國這麼多年 第一次遇到歧視帶孩子的。

My husband and I were together for the winter holiday. We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We can’t say enough the host or hospitable the premises were nicely appointed. It was located close to a beautiful botanical gardens as well as a beautiful college campus as well as stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend anyone who would stay in the area to stay at this place. Be aware that it is not a hot breakfast.

This is a nice and very central place to stay. Our room was in the old part and was fine. The lounge and dining areas are spacious, comfortable, and with kitchen an integral part it's like being at home. The managers were friendly and helpful. There is parking on the premises and you can walk easily all parts of central Christchurch . Suggestions would be that the bed in number 8 is a bit firm and a mattress topper would be good, and a second folding luggage rack would help.

We enjoyed all of it. The location, the owners, the room, breakfast with guests.Exceptionally wonderful hosts. The old university across the street is being restored into a art museum and has wonderful shops and interesting features. The botanical garden was right there as well. And the jump off and jump on trolley ran right in front of the Classic Villa. Guests were amazing and full of energy and accommodating. We felt right at home even went out in the evening to the courtyard and shared a bottle of wine.

We had a lovely stay at the Classic Villa. The hosts are great and really helpful about local information. The location is perfect, near the Botanic Gardens and close to the center of town. They have an excellent continental breakfast with cereals, breads and other items.

What a great place to stay! Clean, modern and all kinds of charm! The hosts were super friendly and the hotel facilities were top rate. Fantastic location. We will stay again if we get the chance.
