Good situation and close to someq shops.
The only downfall is that the manager is not very friendly and he could be a little more welcoming. It doesn't take much effort to welcome guests to your motel with a smile and who are supporting your business!
We stayed there for 5 nights. On day 3 they're supposed to change the bedsheets but they didn't.
The carpark space is also not that great.

Cracked hand basin. Rest of stay fine. Desk person polite but not especially welcoming. Quiet, handy to bus, Kitchen pots, utensils etc all I needed or hoped for.

The motel was in a central location enabling an easy drive to the CBD and the Shirely area. The staff were very friendly and ensured my stay was hazzle free.
The only draw back was the state of the IT system. Each unit was only permitted to have two devices connected to the WI FI. These days this is very unusual and when ther are two people with two devises this creates problems. In addition, I experienced many instances of the WI FI frezzing / not working - very annoying and an unacceptable state of affairs.
