カセドラルスクエアやビクトリアスクエア，ハグレー公園，街の中心部へのアクセスもよい。
また部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機，洗剤があるのがとてもよい。
しかし，週末はフロントに人がいないので，Wi-Fiのパスワードが知らされておらず，聞くことができなかったのが残念だった。部屋のキーが入った封筒に入れてくれるか，部屋のわかりやすい場所に掲示しておいてほしかった。

Nice clean flat, easy walk to dining, shopping, and nightlife. Carpark was nice. The apartment we got was different and smaller than the picture - so be aware of that.

What a wonderful little apartment with everything what you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a separated bedroom, a living room with a huge TV, bathroom and a little balcony.
Perfectly located near the center and the Botanical Gardens, so you can park your car and reach everything on foot. Super clean.

Simply amazing. What an apartment. Everything you need and more. Great location. Super modern and super comfortable. Only small ****** is if you are driving you have to get out and see reception while holding up other residents at the gate. The guy on reception was particularly engaging but that didnt matter. Amazing stay. Highly recommended.

Comfortable fully equipped apartment that was in a great central location. Secure Free parking was an absolute bonus! Excellent communication for an after hours checkin. Would definitely stay here again

Great central location and spacious apartment with own full laundry facilities!
Missed having a table and chairs in the apartment, though it showed one on the website.
