Comfortable and hygienic hostel located in Christchurch town centre, just opposite to the botanic garden. Overall a very pleasant and affordable stay in NZ

The worst experience I ever have in a hotel:
1. Unclear information about the room: I booked a classic room in a hotel with images about bathroom inside however I received a room with a shared bathroom and the reception complained me because did not read the detailed information inside the collapsed section???
2. The hotel and their staffs requests me to provide my card information to follow their procedures although it is not mentioned in hotel policy in trip.com. They explained that it will be charged in case the room has issues after check-out. I did not agree with that and suggested that using cash deposit instead but they did not accept and did not allow me to check in?
3. Hotel staff is very rude and I even remember his name as Sameera
4. The room in night is very loudy because of the sound of banging on the door and the sound of opening and closing the shared bathroom door next to our bedroom.

旅館的位置很好，對面是植物園，旁邊是美術館、博物館（維修中，據説疫情發生後就沒有開放），共享廚房，設施齊全。沒有停車場，門前停車收費且限時，但前台服務人員很好，給提供許多周圍免費停車的地方，彌補了這個不足。

房間比較小，還算乾淨整潔。離追憶橋很近。出門對面就是植物園，右手邊是博物館。就是沒有酒店自己的停車位，車子要停在路邊或附近停車場。路邊18:00-次日早9:00停車免費。

這家旅館真的讓我無話可説，整天遠遠高出期望值！！！太滿意了！！！
設施：不知道能不能説，本來訂的是多人宿舍房，後來被升級到相對少人的三人房，床也太舒服了，本來被升級就已經很開心了，房間隔壁還有獨立浴廁，很是方便。遇到的房友也是超奶思，很好的體驗！
衞生：都很乾凈整潔！
環境：挺靠近riverside跟花園的，還有一些著名打卡景點也不遠，對於citywalk的小夥伴來説已經是不錯的位置了。
服務：友善親切也用心盡力滿足客户需求，很棒棒！
