There seems to be a difference in price between the queen room and the twin room. And after checking out at the accommodation in advance, I asked by e-mail if I could leave my luggage and go to pick it up the next evening. The male employee said no with a straight face. So, I showed them the emails they had exchanged and I was able to leave my luggage. I can't forget the very rude expression and gesture. I took a picture because I wanted to purchase it separately. I liked the accommodation itself. I was just disappointed with the male staff's response.
