Overnight trip to the seaside but weather forecast not inspiring so decided to stay in Christchurch for non-beach options. Hotel exactly as anticipated - clean room, comfy bed. V happy to find the window opened a decent amount as hate just air con rooms. Receptionist v friendly & helpful - so much better than self check in. We'd decided to pay £10 extra for a Premier Plus room which meant we got free, decent wi fi & a Nespresso coffee maker (with pods provided). Also a fridge which meant we could bring fresh milk for tea. No additional bed / sofa in the room though - didn't matter to us but I hadn't actually realised. Free parking with plenty of spaces available. 10 min walk into Christchurch itself along the A35 but not too bad. Christchurch itself was v nice (once you got away from the A35). Altogether a successful stay - not particularly inspiring but certainly reliable.

Well what can i say have stayed with Premier Inn many a time was very disappointed this time, no smile from reception on entering reception, nobody asked if we required breakfast, dinner etc where is the customer service now? The room stunk of sewers which they must have known about as the window was left open.

Stayed on Saturday 13th April. Room clean, bed comfortable, staff polite. However at breakfast no orange juice. Just some cheap orange coloured squash. Was told that they had run out when there was a bar just 10 feet away with loads of it behind?? Otherwise stay was ok

Stayed here several times, excellent location for walking g into Christchurch and exploring, the outside of the hotel and some rooms are now starting to look tired, very comfortable beds and clean room with plenty of tea/ coffee/ milk etc available

Staying here did the job for early airport access but take care registering your car for parking as I arrived home a week later to find a £60 fine waiting even though I registered my car on an electronic machine at reception.

Very clean. Need to supply decaf tea though! Lovely reception staff Debbie and Savannah. Great location in town but quiet and very comfortable beds. Would stay again. As a woman on my own I felt safe and secure. Free parking was great

We needed to stay in Christchurch for a funeral and just wanted somewhere basic and clean to stay but we were impressed by the facilities at the Premier Inn and especially the continental breakfast which was excellent value for money. Although I had poor sleep, that was not the fault of the hotel as I often sleep badly when away, and was unlucky in having someone over head who got up at 5.30am and clumped around heavily overhead for two hours (doing what, I cannot imagine).

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions over the lat 8 months. All the staff have been fabulous, from the hotel to the restaurant, but a special 'Thank you' has to go to Debbie and Janet who gave me many laughs during my stays, when I was having a difficult time. Thank you to everyone, hope to see you all again!
