What can I say. The whole experience was amazing. Stayed at the hotel for my partners birthday. Fantastic welcome from the team at reception, to a welcome note and treats in the room. The food at dinner and breakfast was exceptional, thank you to both Rebecca and Chantelle for the brilliant service. Checkout again was seamless thank you Ellie. A wonderful stay and we cannot wait to return.

My husband and I got married at the Kings Arms at the beginning of the month and it was incredible! The service was amazing from booking the wedding, leading up to and the day itself couldn't have gone more smoothly and it was all due to the amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were always checking in making sure we were happy with everything. A massive thank you to Chamane, Dean and the rest of the staff, so so friendly and lovely! The food was delicious and we got so many compliments on it. We are so pleased we got married here and we recommend the venue to all couples getting married. It's such a lovely place to stay in the centre of Christchurch. We will definitely be back soon.

Chateaubriand was ok we asked for medium well but it was quite rare and we do not think it’s worth the £65 .

The hotel and room were extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely break in a superb location. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely clean large rooms with tasteful furnishings. A great location just s short walk from the high street and the Abbey. Food is excellent and good value for the quality. Staff are also friendly and welcoming. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and it's my go to when in Christchurch. It's contemporary but still has an older world charm. Breakfast is also freshly cooked to order and is always good.

Visited here when we were staying near Christchurch for a weekend. We popped in for Sunday lunch which was absolutely amazing. Beautiful hotel, staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. £25 for two courses or £29 for three.

We had a lovely break at the Kings Arms. Hotel was beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable and relaxed. Our room was very comfortable, we had a lovely view at the front across to the Abbey. Food was fabulous and all of the people we encountered working in the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Fantastic value for money, did I mention how scrumptous the food was........

Fifty years ago, in 1974, our wedding reception was held at The Kings Arms Hotel in Christchurch. So, with the thought of 'same couple, same place, same date ... 50 years on!', my husband and I decided to host a Celebration Golden Wedding Anniversary Lunch for our family and friends in the Private Dining Room at The Kings Arms Hotel. From beginning the planning, with the wonderful friendly help of events organiser, Sophie Morgan, to the celebration on the day, we were absolutely delighted with everything the Staff at The Kings did to make our party truly memorable, particularly Jan, who kept an attentive eye on proceedings, Scott, who kept the drinks flowing and Milly who unobtrusively maintained the level in the glasses during our lunch. Everything went exactly to plan: the surroundings in the hotel are beautiful and our menu was interesting, delicious and meticulously prepared. We had a splendid celebration lunch, our guests were as delighted as we were, so we would highly recommend The Kings Arms Hotel for any special celebratory occasion. We had the pleasure, too, of relaxing after our party and all the excitement of the day by spending a night at this beautiful hotel in a sumptuously comfortable room, followed by a delicious breakfast in the restaurant.
