Hampton Inn Christiansburg-Blacksburg (Mall Area)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were professional and always willing to help.

Stopped here for the night on my drive home yesterday. The guys at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was great! It was nice and clean and the sheets and towels were extra soft. Compared to places I’ve stayed recently. It was so nice I didn’t want to leave this morning. I would recommend this location to anyone who asked.

How the mighty has fallen. Wall paper hanging off the walls, thermostat that did not work in the room, and machines not working in the breakfast area.

Outstanding hotel, from the staff to the amenities. I wish they would bring back the bigger pillows!

So clean I felt safe taking a bath! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked, waffles are a must for me! Star deducted for the AC having a smell when turned on, but it didn't cause problems with my allergies so probably just hadn't been used recently. Not a fan of the smell of shampoos provided, the hand soap was unscented though and that was great since my family has scent allergies.

The hotel and staff are simply marvelous. My room had been pre-cleaned by Heather and it was immaculate. I only had 1 night there, but I absolutely loved it.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms and common areas, great continental breakfast, complimentary water and cookies upon checkin. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants, 10/10!
