Homewood SUites by Hilton Christiansburg

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. They found my son’s lost stuffy and they are mailing it back to us. Breakfast was great and different everyday. Chorizo and chicken tinga were my favs. The gym was also very nice and had more than expected.

Very nice facility, although a challenge to locate because of Christiansburg's odd road system. We initially thought the facility had gone through a recent renovation because it was spotless and had a fresh smell. Actually, the facility is planned to have renovation work done in the future. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful as was the breakfast staff the next morning. As with other Homewood Suites we've stayed at, the breakfast menu needs to be refreshed and expanded. Overall, a very good experience and we intend to stay there again in the near future.

Check in was easy, room was very nice and clean. Sleeper sofa was squeaky and loud, bed comfortable Breakfast was sausage links, eggs, potatoes, shredded chicken, waffles. Opened dishwasher and it had dirty dishes still in there. Overall a good stay.

By far the nicest hotel we stayed in. Very clean, nice little kitchen and big shower. Staff were very welcoming especially with our 2 pups. Plenty of parking and nice sitting areas outside. Will definitely look for this chain of hotels in the future.

The room was clean, it was quiet and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was outstanding! I had buscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs and a blueberry muffin. Everything was great! Highly recommend.

Stained, worn furniture, inside & outside. Stained, worn rugs throughout. Breakfast offerings subpar, with dirty plates, unfriendly staff. Questionable people hanging around the property. Would never stay at this property again.

Didn’t stay because of rude , unhelpful front desk women. They were demanding a non-returnable pet fee of $75 but the ********** site where we booked listed the fee as $50. They refused to discuss the discrepancy. I was exhausted from a long day of driving. They also would not help with a cancellation because I had booked through **********. What’s so interesting is that we had stayed at exactly the same hotel chain just 5 days earlier in Carlisle, Pa and not only was the staff professional kind and accomodating, but they waived our pet fee (which was $50) because our dog is a registered emotional support animal (ESA). The ladies at this hotel in Christiansburg coldly and rudely would not even discuss it. I’ll never book here again and I hope no one else does.

The rooms were spacious and up to date. The pool was a little chilly and it could have been a little cleaner. The staff was very friendly upon checking in. Overall it was a good stay!

I experienced a severe case of Sciatica and my wife had to drive us home from Winchester, VA heading to Alabama. I had to lay flat in the car. We decided to stop off here and requested a wheelchair. Instead we had two angels Donna and Charisse (a new employee) help us get me in and in a ground floor room. Charisse got me ice and pillows and helped us get settled as my wife struggled with her own pains (age 81). The room was great, the food fantastic and I cannot say enough about the great staff.
