酒店環境舒適衞生乾淨，作為親子酒店有很多貼心之處。酒店設計上所有的邊角都是圓弧設計防止小孩磕碰，親子樂園可以作為小孩充分放電的天堂。值得一提的是專門的管家服務，我們的管家橙子非常nice，有求必應為我們提供了很多幫助和照顧，讓整個入住體驗感受加分不少！下次來還會選擇的酒店！

這次安排母親和阿姨一起去千島湖玩，酒店管家非常關心，給兩位75歲以上的老年人免費進行了房型升級，一入房間就是千島湖的勝景，兩老年人玩得非常開心。酒店管家還為她們準備了精美的水果和小食。酒店很新，大堂非常氣派，服務周到又貼心，總體來説很滿意，母親説比杭州的五星級好太多了。
