The hotel boasts beautiful scenery, and communication with them beforehand went smoothly with excellent service. While the location is slightly out of the way, it's not too far from the central lake area pier, and a shuttle bus takes you to the main road. This room type is very spacious, with a huge terrace; the view from the terrace alone deserves five stars. The bedroom has a full wall of glass overlooking the lake; opening the curtains in the morning is truly breathtaking. The hotel is next to a botanical garden, making the environment very tranquil. At night, you can hear the sound of the lake water lapping against the shore from the terrace—very soothing. I suggest the hotel consider installing magnetic strips or snaps on the bedroom curtains; the leaky edges make the bedroom too bright in the early morning, affecting sleep.

We had a great stay at this hotel this November for two days. The staff are very nice and helpful. They helped us search attractions and car rides. It is at a relatively convenient location between downtown and central lake tourist center, about 1-1.5 km each direction. We walked along the lake view boardwalk to enjoy great lake view both ways. The hotel has very good breakfast for a small fee with both Chinese and western styles. We definitely like it and recommend it. The only drawback is lacking maps or guidance materials so we have to study ourselves for our self-guided tours. It will be the best if tour maps and some tourist info are posted in the lobby. Overall it is a great place to stay and enjoy.
